NAIOP is the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, each year they give to a deserving member the award of Developer of the Year. In 2005 it went to Intercontinental Real Estate. This video was made to show at that event that night, it now sits on the Intercontinental site.
After the event we made a shortened version of the same material but repurposed it to meet more corporate rather than event messaging.
